How can I try Kropigo for free?
You can start a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. It’s the best way to see how we help you ditch the messy notebooks and get your office work done faster.
Do I need to put in my credit card just to try it?
No. You can sign up and start using the app immediately without a credit card. We only ask for payment if you decide to keep using it after your 14-day trial ends.
Who owns my farm data? Can other growers see my yields?
You have 100% ownership of your data. Your records are private and protected; other growers cannot see your maps, yields, or financial info. You can also export your history at any time.
What is a 'Tree/Plant Unit' and how many do I need?
A 'Unit' is simply one individual plant or tree that you want to track over time. If you have a small plot, our Hobbyist plan covers up to 100 trees, while our Pro plan handles up to 2,500.
Is there a discount if I pay for the whole year?
Yes! If you choose Annual Billing, you save 20% compared to paying month-to-month. It’s a great way to lower your overhead for the season.
Can I change my plan later if I plant more trees?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your settings as your orchard grows or your needs change.
Getting Started
Do I need to buy a special phone to use this?
No special equipment needed. Kropigo works on the smartphone or tablet you already own (iPhone, Android, or iPad). If your phone can take a photo, it can run Kropigo.
Do I have to type in every single tree one by one?
Not at all. You can use our Batch Mode to add dozens of trees at once or upload a simple spreadsheet (CSV) to map your entire orchard in just a few minutes.
How do I get my crew set up on the app?
It’s as easy as sending a text. You can invite your team via a secure link. Once they join, they’ll see their daily tasks and orchard maps right on their own phones.
Can I use the app on my computer and my phone?
Yes. You can use your computerp or a phone. Kropigo is like Gmail, your log in a see only your data. Use your phone for quick entries in the field and log into our Office Power dashboard on your computer when you want to look at big reports or plan your week.
What happens if I break or lose my phone in the field?
Don't worry—your data is saved safely in the cloud. Just log into your account on a new device, and all your records will be right there exactly where you left them.
Daily Orchard Life
Will this work if I don't have a signal in the back rows?
Yes! Our offline-first technology lets you record harvests and tasks anywhere. Once you're back near Wi-Fi or a better signal, the app syncs everything automatically.
How does the 'Morning Snapshot' help me start my day?
Every morning, the app gives you a quick to-do list and local weather alerts. You’ll know exactly which blocks need attention before you even head out to the shed.
Is there an easier way to log harvests than typing numbers?
Yes. We’ve designed a Field Tool with big buttons and simple menus so you can record bins or buckets with just a couple of taps, even if your hands are full.
Can I really stop keeping paper receipts for expenses?
Yes! Just snap a photo of your receipt in the app. Kropigo stores the image and automatically updates your expense records and inventory stock levels for you.
How do I know when I'm running low on fertilizer or spray?
The Digital Tool Shed tracks your supplies as you use them. The app will send you a 'Low-Stock Alert' so you have plenty of time to reorder before you run out.
Can my workers use voice notes instead of texting me?
Yes. Crew members can use voice notes to report issues (like a broken irrigation line) while their hands are busy working, so nothing gets forgotten.
Does the app help me see which part of the farm is making money?
Our Profitability Reports show you exactly which blocks are producing the most fruit and which ones are costing too much in labor or supplies.
Will the app warn me about frost or bad weather?
Yes. You get local weather alerts directly in your dashboard, helping you decide when to spray or when to protect your trees from a freeze.
How do I find a specific tree that needs a replacement?
Your Digital Map tracks every tree's history. You can quickly see the health of a single tree or a whole row and navigate right to it using the map on your phone.
Can I keep track of my tractors and equipment here too?
Yes. Use the Inventory and Gear section to track maintenance and storage for your expensive equipment so everyone knows where the gear is located.
How do I know if a worker actually finished their assigned row?
When a worker marks a task as 'Done' on their phone, it updates your dashboard instantly. You can see the progress of your whole crew in real-time.
Does Kropigo tell my crew exactly where to go?
Yes. You can link tasks to specific rows or blocks on the map. Your crew will see exactly where they need to be, reducing confusion and 'wrong row' mistakes.
Can I send my records to my accountant at the end of the year?
Yes. You can export Accountant-Ready reports (like CSV or PDF) that summarize your expenses, labor, and yields, making tax time much less stressful.
Why is this better than just using a basic spreadsheet?
Spreadsheets don't give you weather alerts, don't work offline in the dirt, and can't show you a map of your trees. Kropigo automates the math and keeps your whole team on the same page.
