Why we publish our working

A pollination answer is worth nothing to a grower who cannot tell whether it was researched or guessed — and they find out three to five years later, when the trees do not crop. So the data behind these tools records not just what it claims but how it was obtained, and these pages report that unedited, including the parts that are thin.

Where a crop has no data, our tools say so rather than guessing. These pages show you exactly where those edges are.
