1. Who we are
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Kropigo application and related services (the "Service") provided through kropigo.com and any associated domains or subdomains.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to DigiStra s.r.o.; "you" and "your" refer to the user of the Service.

We use Paddle as our payment provider and merchant of record for some or all purchases. This means Paddle may appear on your bank or card statement and will handle payment processing, invoicing and applicable taxes where required.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws that apply to you.
3. Use of the Service
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating and managing your account.
- Keep your login details confidential and secure.
- Use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
You agree that you will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service to store or transmit any unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or otherwise harm others.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or that your use poses a risk to us, the Service, or other users.
4. Accounts and access
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activities that occur under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us without undue delay.
We may, at our reasonable discretion, refuse to create an account, limit access, or close accounts where necessary to protect the Service, other users, or to comply with legal obligations.
5. Subscriptions, payments and refunds
Some features of the Service are provided on a paid subscription basis (a "Subscription").
5.1 Prices and billing
- The price, billing period, and included features of each Subscription are shown within the Service or on our website.
- By starting a Subscription, you authorize Paddle to charge the applicable fees using your chosen payment method.
- Fees and available currencies may vary depending on your location and Paddle's payment options.
5.2 Auto-renewal and cancellation
- Unless stated otherwise, Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
- You can cancel your Subscription at any time, typically through your account settings or as described in the billing interface provided by Paddle.
- Cancellation will stop future renewals; it does not automatically provide a refund for the current billing period.
You are responsible for canceling your Subscription if you no longer wish to be billed.
5.3 Taxes
Applicable taxes (such as VAT) may be added to the subscription price. These are typically determined and collected by Paddle based on your location and current law.
5.4 Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal of a Subscription.
To request a refund within this 14-day period, please contact us at juraj@vysyon.com or submit a refund request through Paddle's billing interface.
After the 14-day refund period has expired:
- Payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.
- Any refunds are at our or Paddle's reasonable discretion or where we explicitly state a refund policy for a particular offer.
Where Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are processed by Paddle in accordance with their policies.
Nothing in this refund policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Trials and promotional offers
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time.
- The duration and conditions of any trial or promotion will be stated at the time of sign-up.
- Unless otherwise stated, at the end of a free trial your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid Subscription and your payment method will be charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw trials and promotions at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, text, images, logos, and other content (excluding content submitted by users), is and will remain the property of DigiStra s.r.o. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms.
You must not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
- Use any of our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
Your content
You retain ownership of any data or content you submit to the Service ("Your Content").
By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining and improving the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have all necessary rights to submit Your Content to the Service.
- Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate applicable laws.
8. Privacy and data protection
We respect your privacy and process personal data in line with applicable data protection laws.
Our use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using the Service, you agree that we may process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including, where applicable, the GDPR).
9. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and useful, but we do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be available uninterrupted or error-free.
- The Service will always contain any particular feature or functionality.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including specific features, plans, or pricing, for maintenance, improvements, business needs, or legal reasons.
Where changes are material and could significantly affect you, we will try to give reasonable notice, where practicable, via the Service, email, or our website.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an"as is" and "as available"basis.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements.
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or defects.
- Any results, recommendations, or information obtained from using the Service will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular situation.
You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for any decisions made based on the information or results obtained through it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.
- Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims related to the Service (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) will be limited to the greater of:
- (a) the total amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- (b) 100 EUR.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Term and termination
These Terms apply from the moment you first use the Service and continue until terminated.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel any active Subscription as described in Section 5.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or close your account, if:
- You materially breach these Terms;
- You use the Service in a way that may cause harm or risk to us, the Service, or other users; or
- We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the Service will end.
- We may retain or delete Your Content in line with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
- Where reasonably possible, we will provide you with an opportunity to export Your Content before permanent deletion, subject to our technical capabilities and data retention practices.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Service, our business, or applicable laws.
If we make significant changes, we will try to notify you by email, in-app message, or by posting a notice on our website, and we will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of these Terms.
If you continue to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted them. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active Subscription.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Slovak Republic, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
